What Needed Solving
The Line Word Tour was underway, and Capitaland had a joint promotion event partnership with them. They came to us to ideate an activity to drive foot traffic towards their malls, as well as having this activity integrated with the Capitaland mobile app.
We suggested a BINGO-style game to encourage shoppers to spend and win and proceeded with developing the user interface and user experience through wireframes and hi-fidelity mock-ups.
We continued to follow-up with the client throughout the campaign period to ensure the continued optimisation of the game, which also became a resounding success due to a high engagement rate.
