What Needed Solving
Singapore River One (SRO) had a fairly common inquiry that they wanted to solve: refresh their brand look and achieve consistency across all their platforms. As an organisation, they knew all their key messages and had tons of ideas for content, but their main issue was finding ways to say it right.
Our Role
In order to meet their objectives, we analysed their brand and core product. The client brought us on a day tour of their 3 quays -- Clarke Quay, Boat Quay, and Robertson Quay -- which included a beautiful boat ride down the Singapore River. They showed us exactly why they were passionate about what they did, and provided us an insightful glimpse into the everyday activities along the quays.
We compiled our research and put together a workshop for the client and us to mine out the best ways to execute their key messages. We analyzed their audiences and matched appropriate content, even down to the detail of when to target certain audience segments.
The Aftermath
Till this day, we continue to be a trusted partner to execute both their day-to-day marketing activities as well as major campaigns and events. We’ve worked closely to also keep them up-to-date by hosting training sessions on how different digital tools and platforms work. We believe that by keeping our client’s marketing knowledge relevant, they’ll be able to make more informed choices on their own as well.
