What Needed Solving
What started as a passion project with them for a local music event Emonight SG, Fisherman's Friend Singapore came to us with a unique challenge: to refresh their brand guidelines as well find new ways to target a younger audience.
We took over their social media accounts and updated their social visuals, following a more cohesive and thematic approach to the content calendar. By doing so, our aim was to increase the amount of engaging content produced. We also helped with increased paid media usage, including branching into YouTube ads in order to drive further awareness of their product lines.
Our partnership with Fisherman's Friend produced two major campaigns for Chinese New year and a $30k Giveaway Contenst that brought about significant results. Together, we managed to set new records for their engagement rate and positive feedback for their campaign giveaways.
Till this day, Fisherman's Friend has been a trusted partner for us and we continue to provide them both strategic consultation and monthly social media management. Not only have they been a fantastic brand to work with, but together we've continued to work towards the future in building an even stronger online presence amongst the youths.
